I use a few really good and trusted sources of podsafe music but I’m always interested to hear from artists who don’t have arrangements with publicists or albums on Jamendo and the like.
If you have a track that you’d like to submit to the show, just click on the drop.io link below and we’ll have a listen, but “Hold on there youngster”
Before uploading, please complete the submission form
This is essential so that I know what I have, from whom and where I can contact you. The bottom line is, no form no play!

It would be really helpful. No, more than that, it’s essential, that you title your track. It is really, really helpful if you complete all the relevant ID3 tags on your MP3 file so that I know, at a glance, what it is and who it is from.
HINT: You can do all that in iTunes if you select the track and click File>Get info.
By all means drop us a text file too, with a bit of information about you.
No promises, mind. In fact I can’t even promise to send you feedback on your track because I simply don’t have time. However, if I think it might be better suited to a different podcast, I’ll forward it to them, if that’s OK. Of course, try as I may, I simply can’t fit all the great music I’d like to play into the Suffolk ‘n Cool show each week.
ANOTHER HINT: If you’ve got an audio comment or a station ID for me - you can send it as an MP3 via the SnC drop.io

By submitting a track you are stating that you own the copyright on the track or are using the limited provisions of a Creative Commons License associated with the track and that you agree to its being used in Suffolk ‘n’ Cool under the terms of our Creative Commons licence (not for profit, attribution will be given and we won’t mess with it). There, that’s the terms and conditions taken care of. If you have any queries please get in touch.
Once you have completed the form and checked the MP3 tags, click this link (or type it into your browser) to get started on uploading your track file and notes.
